Osteotomes
Osteotomes are medical instruments used to perform osteotomy - a surgical procedure in which the shape of a bone is changed.
Osteotomes consist of metal blades that can be straight or curved. They can have different shapes and sizes depending on the bone or joint they will be used on and for what purpose.
Osteotomes are used for various types of osteotomy, such as correction of deformities, changing the length of a bone, restoring joints after injury, or changing the angle of inclination of a bone. They can also be used to remove parts of a bone.
